The founder of iPacific possess over 17 years of real estate structured finance experience having worked in various capacities in the mortgage industry and worked at major banks such as Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers in Washington DC, wall street firms in NY, and a major commercial real estate investment firm. He has underwritten and originated over $3.0 billion in commercial & residential real estate loans and managed a $2.5 billion portfolio. Deals include: Rockefeller Center in Manhattan, Westin St Francis in Union Square (San Francisco), Donald Trumps office building in downtown Manhattan. He personally trains and advises all his loan advisors to carry out the mission.
